Aeroc Universal - aerated concrete blocks
Retro block with width of 200/300, that is already known from last century is now available in new quality. AEROC Universal is a building block that may be layed just as the builder wants:
AEROC Universal blocks are made of porous concrete with dry tightness of 425 kg/m³ and normalised compressive strength of fb=2,5 N/mm². Universal blocks are produced in measurements of 600x300x200.
Area of use:
Unlike other AEROC blocks, face plates of the Universal blocks are smooth. This enables to lay the blocks edgewise (width of 200 mm) and flatwise (width of 300 mm). It is especially effective to build 200 mm walls – when laying the blocks edgewise, the consumption is only 5,6 blocks/m². This is why the Universal blocks are suitable for using on big building objects, where it is important to build 200 mm walls quickly and with a cheap price. The blocks can be used for building both - bearing and nonbearing walls. The wall that is built of Universal blocks needs excessive heat insulation.
Aeroc Classic - aerated concrete blocks
AEROC Classic blocks are I category wall blocks that meet the requirements of the Harmonized Wall Blocks Standard. They also have the CE-marking. AEROC Classic blocks are cuboid-shaped wall blocks with smooth surface and one vertical rabbet on one side.
Area of use
AEROC Classic blocks are mainly used for building load bearing interior walls. Also multi-layered exterior walls with excessive heat insulation and lining (stone-; cladding- and other lining).
In comparison with EcoTerm Plus blocks, these blocks are tighter and therefore with smaller compressive strength (fb=3,5 N/mm²). A wall that is made of Classic blocks provides a good sound insulation and protection in case of a fire. The blocks are lightweight and easy to set up (no need for complicated tools and auxiliaries).
Aeroc Hard - aerated concrete blocks
AEROC Hard partition wall plates are I class wall blocks that meet the requirements of the Harmonized Wall Blocks Standard. They also have the CE-marking. AEROC Hard blocks are cuboid-shaped.
Area of use
AEROC Hard blocks are the strongest from AEROC products and therefore they are suitable for building walls and brickworks that are heavily burdened. They are also suitable for building basement walls. There are often situations, where some parts of walls are more burdened than others. When AEROC Classic blocks aren’t strong enough, it is very easy to lay these wall parts with the same measurements from Hard blocks. Hard blocks need excessive heat insulation in exterior walls.
Aeroc Element - aerated concrete blocks
AEROC Element partition wall plates are I class wall blocks that meet the requirements of the Harmonized Wall Blocks Standard. They also have the CE-marking. AEROC Element blocks are cuboid-shaped wall blocks with smooth surface.
Area of use
AEROC partition wall plates are meant for building load bearing interior walls in damp rooms and rooms with dry air . Also multi-layered exterior walls with excessive heat insulation and lining (stone-; cladding- and other lining). When all the requirements are conformed, the plates can also be used for building load bearing constructions.
Multi-layered AEROC Element partition walls also meet the sound insulation requirements of blocks of flats. Thanks to their good fire resistance, these plates are very suitable for filling all kinds of shafts (elevator-, pipe-, cable- etc). The walls are easy to elaborate – plaster and plate.
Aeroc EcoLight - aerated concrete blocks
Aeroc EcoLight 200 aerated concrete blocks are made of AAC with an average dry density of 375 kg/m³ (± 25 kg/m) and a average compressive strength fb = 2.5 N/mm². The blocks are manufactured with different widths - 375mm, 250mm and 200mm. At one end of the block it does have vertical grooves - two for 250mm, 375mm and one for 200mm blocks.
Aeroc EcoTerm Plus - aerated concrete blocks
Wall that is built out of AEROC EcoTerm Plus smoothes out sudden fluctations of outside air temperature; therefore on a cold winter night it will be warm and comfortable, but on a hot summer day this house will be pleasantly cool.
AEROC is an ecological material, which doesn’t contain or release harmful substances. “Breathing” and heat accumulating wall of AEROC EcoTerm Plus creates a healthy and pleasant microclimate in a building that can be compared to a wooden house.
